This core program is designed to address individuals presenting with a cluster of risk factors that are a reality in communities that are characterized by the socio-demographic characteristics of: poverty, minority status, illiteracy/low literacy, all forms of violence and overall disempowerment.  The ultimate goal of this program is engagement, identification of need and acceptance of treatment for any of the aforementioned issues. Free and confidential HIV/AIDS Testing/Counseling ages 14 and up.
